Our Story
In 2014, three real estate professionals, Luis Monje, William Pepin and Geoff Wehling came together with a valid idea. All three came from various backgrounds in the real estate sector. Geoff Wehling comes from the world of Real Estate Financing and venture capital. Will Pepin has spent almost 35 years working in luxury mall development all over the U.S. Luis Monje is a licensed real estate broker/investor and interior designer. All three had been involved in multiple projects and saw an opportunity to combine their strengths in the space in order to bring to market luxury residential properties that were truly forward thinking and built with impeccable quality and value.
